About Lee

Lee Parton is a Ph.D. student in Economics at NC State University. His current research Lee Partonfocuses on measuring, and understanding, the effects of environmental regulation and land use policy. Currently Lee is working on an analysis of nonpoint source pollution regulation in the agricultural sector, focusing on production behavior outcomes. His interests also include understanding the distributional effects of public projects and environmental amenities, such as greenways and open spaces, in the context of ecosystem services and net benefits to society.
